Craig Campbell, Chief Operating Officer
Craig Campbell joined EPIC Life Insurance in January 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Craig has been with WPS since February 2013 as Chief Administrative and Risk Officer. His responsibilities include enterprise strategy, human resources, internal audit, and compliance. Prior to joining WPS, Craig worked for Noridian Administrative Services (NAS), a Medicare administrative contractor, beginning in 2005. Learn more
Colleen Walsh Senior Director, Sales & Accounts Management
Collen Walsh brings 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining EPIC, Colleen served as the Regional Vice President of Account Management from UMR, the UnitedHealthcare TPA. She has also held leadership positions in human resources with Fiserv Health and Wausau Benefits. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance degree from Knox College.
Gary Butzlaff Senior Director, Underwriting and Actuarial Services
Gary Butzlaff joined EPIC in 2009 and has over 20 years of group benefits actuarial experience including group health, dental, disability, life, and long-term care. At EPIC, Gary is responsible for setting and reviewing manual premium rates, experience studies, financial reporting, and facilitating development of an analytical reporting system. Gary graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Prue Lotharius Director, Business Development & Marketing
Prue Lotharius joined the EPIC leadership team with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining EPIC in 2014, Prue held sales distribution and marketing management positions at The Hartford, Aetna, and AFLAC. Prue’s deep understanding of voluntary benefits and direct to consumer channels is a significant asset to EPIC’s current and future success. Prue holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University.
Cheryl Pomarnke Director, Customer Experience
Cheryl Pomarnke joined the EPIC leadership team in 2012, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Cheryl spent 10 years in Quality Assurance and Training roles covering many operational functions including claim entry and processing, provider networks, administration of benefits and customer service. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Rich Robinson, Regional Sales Director
Rich Robinson entered the group insurance industry in 1982. His career consists of wholesaling employee benefits for more than 30 years and 25 years of marketing to group agents in Wisconsin. Since 2011, Rich has primarily overseen the eastern half of Wisconsin for EPIC. He has a track record of assisting agents in growing their block of traditional and voluntary group products and is NAHU Voluntary Worksite certified.
Charlie Sitkiewitz, Regional Sales Director
Charlie Sitkiewitz was born and raised in Wisconsin and entered the insurance industry in 1978. Charlie holds 35 years of insurance industry sales experience and has been with EPIC for 13 years. His vast experience and knowledge allows him to bring the best that EPIC can offer to our field force of independent agents. Charlie is NAHU Voluntary Worksite certified.
